ABOUT ADRIANNA D.
HR Educator | Maximizing Potential, Cultivating Success | Driving Mental Health Advocacy and Initiatives | Enabling Flourishing Workplace CulturesFor more than a decade, I have devoted my career to helping people and organizations grow together. I am passionate about turning HR from a process into a partnership that builds trust, sparks learning, and helps teams do meaningful work. My focus areas include organizational development, talent management, leadership education, and mental health advocacy.I have always believed that if you want to live in a village, you have to be the village. That idea shapes everything I do: showing up for others, creating spaces where people feel supported, and helping teams find their rhythm even in times of change. Whether I am designing a program, leading a workshop, or coaching someone one-on-one, my goal is to make growth feel both possible and personal.Outside of work, community service and mental health outreach are a huge part of my life. I partner with several local organizations to support wellness initiatives, and I serve as a certified animal-assisted therapy provider with my cat, Dandelion, and my dog, Puffin. Together, we visit care facilities, community events, and Texas A&M System campuses to bring comfort and connection wherever it is needed most.I am currently pursuing my MBA and hold multiple HR certifications. Continuous learning keeps me grounded and curious. It allows me to bring fresh ideas, evidence-based practices, and empathy-driven leadership to the work I do every day.
