Boston College, MSW, Geriatric Care Manager at AZA Care Management. I am extremely passionate about supporting older adults that suffer from Alzheimer\'s Disease and other forms of dementia. Throughout my experience in this field I have been trained as a professional caregiver for over three years, worked closely with families and seniors with the transition moving from their home into a community. I also facilitate a monthly support group called Living With Loss for older adults who are experiencing any type of loss that occurs with aging.
