I have more than 15 years of experience providing legal advice to startup companies. During my ten years at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, I was part of a very active life science practice. In 2011, I left Wilson Sonsini to join the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, where my practice has developed into a great mixture of life science and technology companies. In August 2013, I was named a 2012 Rising Star by California Super Laywers. In July 2018, I moved to Perkins Coie LLP.I am a trusted advisor to founders, management and boards of directors as they consider their most important decisions. On behalf of my clients, I have negotiated with many of the significant venture investors in the industry. I have also negotiated transactions with many of the dominant strategic investors and acquirers in the industry.
