ABOUT ADRIAN MOORHOUSE
Adrian won a gold medal at the Seoul Olympic Games in 1988 and was world number one in his event for 6 consecutive years (Swimming - 100m Breaststroke). He was awarded an MBE in 1987.Following retirement from sport (92), he co-founded Lane4 in 1995. Over 25 years Lane4 grew to be regarded as one of the most highly regarded leadership development consultancies. In 2021 Lane4 joined EY as part of their People Advisory. At the start of July 2024 Adrian left EY to explore new opportunities. New projects include a role as chairman of the Tom Dean Swim School; taking a position back in leadership development as CEO of Fieri; and most recently becoming an specialist advisor to VC and PE firm AMA Capital.Specialties: Organisation Culture Change and Development; Leadership Development; Board and Senior Team facilitation
