In this role, I’ve continued to channel my passion for building systems and processes that make work easier and more impactful. Since stepping into this position, our workforce has nearly tripled in size while maintaining a 98.26% hourly staffing rate and keeping turnover at just 3.26%. Along the way, I’ve expanded the HR team, consistently refined our processes, and embraced a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring that growth is sustainable, efficient, and people-focused.
