Passionate about building and scaling high-performance teams tackling hard problems. Deep experience in a variety roles including: finance, strategy, analytics, operations, marketing, and sales. I previously led our Data team and also oversaw our People and Workplace functions on an interim basis.Prior to Retool, I was the SVP of Business Operations and Analytics at Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job and career sites with over employees worldwide. In this capacity, I reported to Glassdoor\'s CEO and was responsible for all strategic planning, corporate goal-setting and forecasting, and operations. Glassdoor was acquired for $1.2B by Recruit Holdings in 2018 and I was a core member of the sell-side deal team. Following the acquisition, I was asked to serve as Chief Marketing Officer and International GM, where I led a team of 70+ across both the B2C and B2B sides of the business.Earlier in my career, I was the CFO/COO at Pocket Gems, a Sequoia-backed mobile gaming company where I joined as the first business hire and scaled the company from 5 to nearly 200+ employees and of revenue. Before crossing over to the operating side, I worked as an investor at tech-focused private equity firm Francisco Partners and as a strategy consultant at LEK Consulting, where I honed my strategy, finance, and analytical skillsets.
