About Adrian McLain

As the University Relations Manager at Wayne-Sanderson Farms, I lead the university relations team in developing and delivering a comprehensive early careers strategy to meet diverse business needs. I drive campus recruiting efforts, building strategic partnerships with universities, HBCUs, and pre-college institutions. I manage internship and recent college graduate programs and create scalable data tools to measure program outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. I have a strong background in higher education administration, with a Doctor of Education degree from The University of Memphis, a Master of Science degree from Mississippi College, and Bachelor of Arts degree from Alcorn State University. I also hold a Diversity and Equity Certificate from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
