I am a seasoned leader, manager and principle architect across various industries including public sector, finance, financial services, regulated energy, transport, media, and gaming. My experience covers the full product life cycle, from bringing products to market with start-ups, large enterprises, multi-national systems integrators and service-oriented organisations. I work with greenfield product development and digital transformation of existing brownfield workloads.I am a pragmatist who takes a flexible approach to getting the job done. I believe that relationships are key to success. By working together, we can quickly achieve MVP and start to improve upon it.I am an expert in modernising organisations and increasing velocity in value streams. I can help you transition to a platform model delivery with automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery and deployment. With a deep understanding of AWS, Azure and GC, together with knowledge of GitOps, DevSecOps and FinOps, I can help you become a digitally native organisation with high cadence value streams to enable you to deliver value to your customers with increased security and cost efficiency.As an architect my experience is in the whole product lifecycle, from MVP to live service, working across the pipeline. I have worked on full-stack solutions and application architectures, delivering microservice architectures into cloud-native platforms. My experience covers both greenfield and brownfield applications. I can help you decompose legacy monolithic architectures into decoupled microservice patterns, delivered in serverless, webscale topologies.As a manager, my focus is on building high-trust environments that facilitate experimentation and thinking out of the box. I manage multi-skilled, multi-national, multi-supplier rainbow teams as efficient delivery units, playing the the strengths of individuals and groups.I have worked with legacy systems going back to mainframes up to modern composable microservice architectures using REST APIs, event-driven, TDD and GDS and UCD frameworks and leading agile / scrum teams. I hold current SC clearance.
