An experienced Director and Chairman who currently works as Director of Growth Finance at Hexa Finance, an Independent Advisor to JM Entertainment, in addition to the role of Business Growth Advisor with Business in Focus, and most recently Chair of the Geraint Thomas Cycling Trust, as a founding Trustee for nearly 6 years. A well connected, highly regarded and Financial Services professional lead who spent nearly 18 years in the Commercial and Corporate Banking sector, prior to being appointed as Managing Director of an EdTech start up. Key responsibilities here ranged from driving commercial revenue growth, creating and implementing a strategy that delivered significant year on year revenue growth, restructuring the workforce, increasing capability with a new way of working, applying a growth mindset to increase motivation, all whilst delivering coaching to the team enabling them to succeed.
