ABOUT ADRIAN HOWARD
Over 20 years in Information Technology with primary achievements within the Insurance sector (both General & Life). Starting out as an MI Data Warehouse Programmer / DBA, I then moved on through Support Team Leader, Work Package Manager, Delivery Manager, full e2e Project and latterly Programme Management. Have been BPSS accredited since 2014. Have managed teams undertaking multi-million pound Business Change projects across the insurance spectrum, including FSA regulatory change, rebranding, new product launches, infrastructure changes as well as internal process changes such as the introduction of CMMi accreditation and more general team restructuring / reshaping. Am always interested in working with teams of fellow professionals on projects that give benefit to customers as well as business transformation projects to improve business effectiveness and ROI for my employer. Prior to working in IT I spent several years in a variety of management roles in Manufacturing, Education, Retail and HM Govt.
