As the Director of ADP’s International Money Movement project portfolio, I coordinate awareness, selection, approval & deployment of over 40 projects a year. I’m primarily focused on value, people, and accountability to ensure the success and profitability of our business. I am an energetic and positive leader, I offer perspective from my 20y of project experience on every project or opportunity to transform vision, concepts, and challenges into tangible and measurable results. My approach focuses on demonstrating value; establishing clear unbiased Intake, ensuring tactical progress and benefit tracking, Change Management & Post Implementation to ensure value was delivered. Throughout my career I have successfully navigated many highest risk, complex & ambiguous projects from both technical and business perspectives. My experience working with some of North America’s largest financial institutions, technology vendors, consulting firms and governing bodies (CPA), has taught me that people and leadership are the deciding factors of success. I lead by example, win as a team, leverage my moral compass.
