I\'m a passionate HR professional with 12+ years of experience across the SaaS, IT, and most recently, the Entertainment industry. Currently, I work as the North America Human Resources Business Partner, where I support leaders and teams across different functions—helping to drive people strategies that align with business goals and keep employees engaged and supported.Over the years, I\'ve built a strong foundation in both the recruiting side and the People & Culture space. From managing end-to-end hiring processes across all levels, to focusing on employee experience, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and development—I’ve had the chance to be involved in almost every area of HR.What I enjoy most is creating a positive and inclusive work culture where people can grow and feel part of something meaningful.
