Studio Manager - Studio1 at One Culver @LBA

After a pilot program in 2019, Studio1 was relaunched in Spring 2020 with the pandemic in full force. Since the relaunch, I have taken the studio helm and brought Studio1 into a new realm of activity. Actions I\'ve taken within the first 90 days of operating Studio1 include- Creating a proposed marketing and operations budget for 20••••21 - Overhauling former booking rates and establishing new rates/protocol for studio rates and operations in a post-COVID landscape - Reviewing and drafting new COVID legal and insurance requirements for clients booking studio time - Forecasting revenue for the remainder of 2020 and into 2021 - Managing all front-facing client communications including booking inquiries, custom proposal generation, contract development, onsite studio management, and post-event accounting closeouts - Training new team of Associate Studio Managers who assist with all onsite productions - Revamping Studio1 marketing content including Studio1culver.com,@Studio1 Instagram, digital client collateral, promotional gifting items, and onsite vendor partnerships for everything from lighting & grip to beverage suppliers and floristry
