I’m an Account Manager at Kyriba focused on building durable, trust-based relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners so we can solve real business problems and deliver outcomes that last. Kyriba\'s the global leader in treasury and liquidity performance, where I support customers operating in complex, high-stakes environments that require clarity, consistency, and strong cross-functional coordination.In my role, I partner closely with customers to understand their priorities, align on success plans, and help ensure they’re getting tangible value from the platform over time. I’m at my best when I’m connecting the dots across teams collaborating with Customer Success/CX, Product, Support, Services, and Sales to drive renewals, reduce risk, and identify expansion opportunities that genuinely fit the customer’s goals. My style is proactive and relationship-driven: I communicate early, set clear expectations, and follow through. I’ve found that the strongest accounts are built through steady execution—especially when timelines shift, stakeholders change, or the work gets complex. I also care deeply about being a strong internal partner, bringing the voice of the customer back to the business in a way that’s actionable and helps teams move faster.
