I am an executive and team coach specializing in global leadership team effectiveness in complex, high-stakes environments. I work with senior leaders and intact leadership teams across industries and geographies, coaching fluently in English and Spanish, and supporting leaders who are responsible for real outcomes.My work focuses on how leaders and leadership teams think, decide, communicate, and hold responsibility when the pressure is real. Many leadership challenges persist not because of a lack of talent or strategy, but because patterns go unexamined and critical conversations are avoided. These dynamics quietly shape decisions, relationships, and results across cultures and systems.In leadership team coaching, I work with global, intact teams to surface the patterns influencing how they communicate, make decisions, and share accountability. I invite teams to examine these patterns and engage in the conversations they are avoiding so they can increase clarity, alignment, and collective responsibility. The team remains the authority on its decisions and actions; my role is to support the conditions for more effective leadership together.In executive coaching, I work with senior leaders to examine how their thinking, behavior, and leadership presence shape the systems they lead across functions, cultures, and time zones. The focus is not judgment or diagnosis, but awareness, responsibility, and choice particularly where a leader’s impact exceeds their intention.I work in environments where leadership effectiveness must be sustained over time. Whether working with individuals or teams, my role is to help leaders see more clearly, address what is unspoken, and take responsibility for how they lead when pressure reveals what matters most.
