Manager, Systems Administrator and I.T. Support to complete work orders that come in through Service-now on a daily basis.• Took over management of rolling out new Wyse Terminal Thin clients replacing outdated Thin Clients along with new monitor mounts that are more versatile and sturdy than existing monitor mounts. The new monitor mounts can support the Dell 24 inch monitors, allowing for easier viewing of drawings, thus reducing paper cost for the company.• Helped with providing and implementing a Mini-SAN for ODINAS to help with storage of archived e-mail of the company.• Helped with Outlook E-mail migration from Ocean Design Incorporated servers to Teledyne servers in accordance to Teledyne policy.• Talks with Dell Support to get miscellaneous parts and issues with laptops/desktops replaced or repaired for all users.• Now in charge of creating new users in Active directory.• Worked side by side with Bright House to start the process of switching our facility from the older style T1 lines for Data/Phones (4.5MB/s) to Bright House Fiber (15MB/s) which will greatly increase the speed of the whole facility and will accommodate new users along with a better communication pipeline to offsite facilities.
