At CVS Health, leadership and strategic collaboration are at the core of my role as Chief of Staff for the Consumer Analytics team. With a focus on operational strategies and key business initiatives, my responsibilities include guiding a 300+ member analytics organization to align with our overarching goals. These efforts have culminated in the enhancement of productivity and the streamlining of decision-making processes, thanks to my expertise in strategic collaboration and team culture. My tenure with CVS Health has also been marked by a commitment to fostering an inclusive work culture and spearheading community building programs such as the Analytics Venture Competition (which is now annual) and many committees now led by colleagues such as programs focused on mentorship, DEI, Women in Analytics, Knowledge Sharing, all of which have significantly contributed to employee engagement and retention. These initiatives reflect my deep-seated belief in the power of community and continuous improvement within large organizations. My approach is rooted in data-driven strategy and operations while also addressing the human aspect of motivating colleagues, ensuring that objectives are met and a vibrant culture is maintained. I have lived and worked in Latin America and the US, and I’ve adaptable to different environments and have shown resilience in tough times. Over the last years, the world has changed the way we interact with colleagues and customers and I am passionate about helping build strong communities to build stronger business relationships.
