As a full-time student, I was determined to secure a part-time job that would allow me to apply my previous experience in business and operations management, as well as my newly acquired skills in marketing. I found the ideal opportunity to gain experience in a new country. After being promoted to full-time, my main goal was to establish and manage an efficient operational process that could enhance the company\'s revenue, profit, and service quality. This has involved automating various aspects of the company, improving the system, and developing new procedures.
