Support to the offer project manager (OPM) to receive all relevant information in order to accomplish a competitive and executable field service estimate• Hand over field service technical concept regarding costs and time - advance control (physical / financial)• Support the PM understand the field service concept and support the Project Managers and Site Managers with a field service preparation plan• Development and detailing of the field service concept including cost estimates, schedule, resources, tools, HSE and quality under consideration of risks and opportunities• Verification of the offers from 3 rd party suppliers and actively acts in technical decision making process• Coordination and support for elaboration of the installation and testing procedures with Engineering• control and support for completing the punch list (PAC) and under warranty• Participate actively in design reviews and signalize field service potential impacts when design changes occur• Support the Site Manager and PMr to execute the field service concept within project targets• Support the OTC (Order to completion) team for the site plan and urgent site requests• Coordination and hiring of site teams, leadership of site teams• Coordination of construction site facilities• Implementation of Lean Site Management at new power plants and modernization of operative power plants• Coordinate the interfaces between client, suppliers and partners• Available to site mobilization – Brazil and another countries• Ability to integrate with other cultures
