About Adriana Reyneri
I am a dynamic and purpose-driven development professional who is privileged to advance the vital mission of Easterseals, a leading national non-profit serving and advocating for 71 million Americans with disabilities. My work is informed by past experience at three Chicago-area institutions. As senior director of institutional giving for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, I led a team of grants professionals that raised $14 million in federal, state, county, city, and foundation grants in 2022. Previously, while associate director of corporate relations at DePaul University, I successfully cultivated new corporate partners and stewarded existing relationships in collaboration with faculty, administrators, and the university’s advancement team. While at the Chicago Botanic Garden, I secured foundation and government grants, supported individual giving and special events, and promoted the Garden through legacy and social media. Past experience as a journalist has trained me to juggle multiple deadlines and work well under pressure and equipped me with excellent communication skills. I am hard working, team oriented, and dedicated to making the world a better place.
