   Support process routine activities in the Mercury Desorption Unit and Precious Metals Refinery Develop and refine project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure enough resources are available to accomplish the project. Collect and analyze data to support the preparation of environmental documents. Calculations of environmental emissions, control of process variables that affect environmental emissions. Provide technical leadership within cross functional teams to deliver initiatives and plant projects. Lead options analysis for project technology decisions / process changes supporting product/process innovations, working as required with multi-functional technical teams. Develop or oversee the development of Engineering deliverables for project definition, execution & start-up;(location & technology selection, installation details, installation and start up sequencing & checklists) Perform design calculations including hydraulic line sizing calculations, mechanical piping calculations, scrubbers, filters, pumps, tanks, compressors, cooling towers, nitrogen generator sizing, equipment sizing for various unit processes and also provide the associated documentation. Validating, justifying and recommending technical solutions. Develop and manage drawings with the engineering teams. Develop and check Plot Plans, P & IDs, Piping Plans, and isometric drawings.
