Manage cases created to file payroll taxes;• Provide the research, analysis and necessary reconciliation to determine the need for amendment for a case listed tax codes;• Present the evaluation research results to the client to get case approval;• Prioritize cases in order to minimize liability exposure for clients and company, ensuring accurate and timely submission of Federal, State and Local tax returns as well as W2 and W2C with the SSA;• Navigate throughout back-office systems and MasterTax to pull reports, generate files and returns; • Work file formats as ICESA, EFW2, CSV, TXT;• Use SQL scripts to get specific information for local taxes;• Interact with tax agencies and internal areas to complete filing;• Develop strong relationship with our clients;• Support management in special projects.
