ABOUT ADRIANA DE WILLS

Currently seeking work as a Project Surveyor/Land Surveyor/Senior Staff Surveyor/Senior Survey Technician/Cartographer. I work with Professional Licensed Land Surveyors in office/field support and have supported Engineers. I help produce Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Parcel Maps, Record of Surveys, Corner Records, Plat and Legals/Metes and Bounds Surveys, Photo Surveys, construction processing, construction Calcs, QA/QC, for Commercial/Residential and Transportation. I have worked on projects from all throughout the following states: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico and Idaho. I have experience creating field packages, managing field crew and the liaison for any questions or concerns. Training staff on Civil 3D drafting, topography maps, ALTAs, etc. QA/QC topographic and ALTA maps, etc. Currently using Trimble Business Center for data processing. Familiar skills in Leica, StarNet and OpenRoads Microstation. Career Goal is to retake the LSIT exam and then take PLS exam. Previous Experience: Office Management, Risk Management, working with construction crew and developers, residential and commercial insurance knowledge, familiar with reading and working with HOAs and CCNRs, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Sketchup, Revit, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, ChatGPT, Bluebeam, blueprint reading, blueprint producing hand and electronic renders, excel spread sheet, producing and editing legal documents, photography, and event planning. Strong support professional with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with an emphasis in Architecture from San Francisco State University.
