ABOUT ADRIAN WILLIAMS

Experienced senior all source military intelligence leader, analyst, planner, and program manager trained by the U.S. Army in All Source Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Field Artillery, and Military Police. I have a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Political Science. I have over 30 years of combined military service and Department of Defense contractor experience to include tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence operations, collection management, training, assessments, and planning. Most recently, I accepted a position as an Intelligence Planner supporting US Space Command in Colorado Springs, CO. Prior to this, I managed an $8M contract as a program manager supporting DIA’s Underground Facilities Analysis Center in Reston, VA. Prior to this, I worked in Qatar as a Senior Intelligence Analyst supporting SOJTF-C J23. Prior to this position, I worked as a Strategic Planner with US Forces Korea developing Combatant Command OPLANs and Branch plans. Previously, I worked as an Exercise / Intelligence Planner coordinating Strategic level Joint Staff Tabletop Exercises in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Prior to this position, I worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst for the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Quantico, VA. Other recent jobs include Intelligence Planner at INSCOM, Ft. Belvoir, VA, Intelligence Analyst with the MAGTAF Staff Training Program (MSTP) at Quantico, VA, as well as a G2 CUOPS team lead at Fort Irwin, CA. Prior to Fort Irwin, CA, I was the Senior RC-East All Source Intelligence Analyst at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, HUMINT Targeting Analyst at FOB Gamberi, Afghanistan, and Intelligence SME with the Counter-IED Operations Integration Center (COIC) at Camp Mike Spann, Afghanistan. I have strong leadership, verbal and written presentation and communication skills, producing / delivering briefings and assessments to numerous senior level government and military officials. Highly proficient in the use of the following intelligence analytical tools: Arc GIS Pro, Arc Map, DODIIS applications such as PRISM, MIDB, M3, Lucky, CRATE, CHROME, MAVEN, BODHI, TRIPWIRE, Google Earth, Palantir, I2 (Analyst Notebook), FADE/MIST, Data Tracker, CIDNE, JADOCS, Terra Explorer, JWICS, SIPRNET, CENTRIXS, NIPRNET, JOPES, CAPES, NERD OSINT Toolset, and the MS Office suite.
