Responsible for reliability reporting and analysis. Performs the monthly outage reconciliation, investigates and audits complex outages, provides recommendations on future mitigations, and works with external partners (such as the Alberta Utilities Commission and Electricity Canada) for reporting and best practices.• Championed a significant project to analyze and provide recommendations on cable replacement timelines, working with over a dozen peers and presenting a final report to ENMAX Power senior leadership.• Managing several consulting and IT projects with various external contractors. Working on system studies, a DMS to CYME export tool, live outage dashboards, and load analyzer tools. Developed requirements documents, checked-in on contractor progress, and provided QA and acceptance testing support.• Serves on the senior-on-call rotation, providing 24/7 response to emergency situations. Was hands-on for a downtown outage, substation outages, and feeder faults to provide support to the control centre.• Performs numerous operations planning technical studies, including on voltage across the 25kV system, feeder ties (including two full substation tie aways), transmission contingencies, and fault location.• Assists in organizing departmental meetings, the training of two new EITs, liaising with field crews on common projects, and more.
