Hello, my name is Adrian Valles.I’ve been in the oil and gas industry for over 15 years. I’m a hard worker, a reliable team player, and a committed leader. To me, leadership means setting the example, putting in the hard work so others are encouraged to follow.I’ve acquired many skills through my oilfield experience, from running heavy equipment and machinery to learning downhole hydraulics and engineering. I’m grateful to the oilfield for putting me through training and helping turn this into a career.
