ABOUT ADRIAN THIESEN

I help enterprise and scale-up companies turn complex, technical transformations – especially post-merger integrations – into shipped products and measurable business outcomes.Over the last years I’ve led program delivery and product teams across marketplaces, enterprise SaaS, industrial AI, healthtech, mobility, and edtech. Typical challenges I work on: integrating acquired products (ERP/CRM, GenAI, data platforms) into coherent portfolios, preparing new markets for launch, and building the analytics foundations (KPIs, experimentation, data products) that leaders need to steer the business.I’m usually the bridge between C-level stakeholders and engineering, data, and product teams: translating strategy into clear roadmaps, aligning many squads, and protecting delivery quality under time pressure.
