EWL is one of the UK\'s largest, independent freight forwarders, offering transport and logistics solutions to our global client base via air, land and sea. At EWL I oversee the finance function, managing a team with particular focus on Management and Statutory Reporting, Treasury Management and Operational Finance. Having undergone rapid growth in recent years, including the implementation of a bespoke operating system, my focus has been on stabilising the team, ensuring financial accuracy via the new system, as well as process improvement across a number of areas - AR, month-end close/reporting, divisional reporting etc.
