I am looking after the HV and LV harnesses and packaging (Concept Stage) • 3D Routing & packaging harnesses and associating components for a new Gordon Murray Design - EV Platform • Packaging and Integration of Components perspective for the EV platform with cross functional roles Front, Underfloor and Rear End, Front and Rear Bumpers (ADAS modules) • Integration and Packaging of HV Battery cross platform and maintaining communality • Integration and Packaging of the Charging Socket, working together with Studio Design team • Concept Design and development of High and Low Voltage 12v Battery Cables, Grounding strategy • Conceptual design and Integration of Brackets and Formers according to the Fixing Schemes and Design Rules • Coordination with Suppliers for the integration of HV Battery and Power Modules • I am also making sure that the BOM is sympathetic to a current product that we benchmark • Benchmarking the current competitors and looking for the newest designs and ideas to implement on the future product so the end result will be \"fresh\" and up to date with the latest technologies • I am also collaborating with Powertrain to help them to put together the routing for the cooling and HVAC system, as a packaging-protection exercise
