A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with more than 16 years\' experience in plant and machinery, including independent assessment, witness testing, construction and maintenance assessment, CE and UKCA Conformity.Experienced with On-Track Plant and On-Track Machines working within a UK Plant Assessment Body / Designated Body and also as a Lead Reviewer under the Product Acceptance process. He has held roles including Technical Reviewer and Certification decision maker according to EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012.He has project managed design projects and acted as a consultant to various manufacturer\'s and Infrastructure Managers on compliance matters including development of bespoke assurance processes for both rail and Machinery Directive compliance.
