ABOUT ADRIAN SMITH
Adrian has been a solicitor since 1997 and his career was mainly focused in-house in the asset management industry. Highlights included being Head of Legal at First State Investment (now First Sentier) and Head of Regulatory at Kames Capital (now Aegon Asset Management UK). He now carries out legal and compliance consulting for companies on a part-time basis. Adrian is also very interested in people and is looking to build a new career as a coach or mentor to the individuals in the legal profession and others. Adrian\'s mantra is \"I want you to be the best you can be\". Adrian is an ICF accredited coach and always open to having a conversation with new coaching clients.
