I am an Audit & Assurance Partner with over 30 years of experience providing a variety of accounting and audit services, with a focus on companies operating in the consumer and industrial product, technology and services industries. My current focus is in providing quality audit and accounting services to large and diverse multi-national organizations as well as our emerging growth practice of companies looking to grow rapidly with possible IPO exit strategies. Prior to returning to the audit practice in 2010, I served as a partner in the Deloitte National Office Accounting Consultation group, where I helped our client teams reach conclusions on complex accounting matters as well as communicating with regulators on various accounting matters. I have led Deloitte’s services for many significant transactions, including acquisitions, initial public offerings, dispositions, spin-offs, debt issuances, and other SEC registrations.I have developed strong skills in the early identification of issues, responsive client service, and a deep understanding of the business and reporting ramifications of accounting positions. I work closely with management to anticipate significant accounting and auditing issues, collaborating on a timely basis to identify all potential alternative treatments and empowering management with the guidance and advice needed to make appropriate conclusions. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPAs.
