My experience to date:• Effective Leadership of a disparate team (20 FTE and 40 Volunteers) through a period of significant, dynamic and ongoing change• Effective Leadership of an organisation review redefining Charity Objectives, Vision and in the development of a focused sustainable development plan• 3 years of strategic leadership experience within the wider Voluntary sector (Director of Cornwall Youth Work partnership)• 3 years of partnership development and leadership as Chairman (acting) of Leave a Gift to Cornwall (LAGTC) a consortium of 18 member charities taking an innovative approach to the promotion and development of legacy giving• Extensive public speaking engagements including presentations to The Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, Voluntary Sector Conferences, Fundraising Events (up to 350 persons)• Extensive consultative positions and engagements with representatives of local Authority and National Government on issues from Child protection to Education policy and Social Enterprise.• 12 months of development of Social Enterprise ‘Brand’ to represent a range of socially orientated experience providers from across the county
