About Adrian Quinones

I am currently responsible for performing environmental compliance projects required by the EPA at industrial and manufacturing client sites throughout the country. Projects range in length from monthly, quarterly, and annually in diverse service areas including Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Continuous Emissions/Opacity Monitoring Systems (CEMS/COMS), nuisance species removal, leading internal file audits, marketing, financial, and administrative tasks. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Earth and Environmental Science from Washington State University. During my time at WSU, I was the founder of the Movember Wazzu Club, became the Campus Ambassador for Movember, Research Assistant using GIS, and was the External Vice President of my fraternity. My new goal is to use these experiences to help me excel in my career.

   Assigned owner for multiple environmental programs. Interface with state and federal regulatory agencies. Responsible for routine written and oral communications with those agencies including participation in audits, inspections, and assessments using skills and experience gained through application of standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical advice and proactive counsel to management on a wide range of complex environmental regulatory issues, interpretation and verification of industry guidance, and regulatory requirements for application to plant specific issues.* Coordinate with other Energy Northwest organizations to ensure environmental monitoring requirements (e.g, NPDES; REMP; Groundwater) are appropriately met and reported.* Develop plans for programs, projects, audits, testing and inspections; lead audits and inspections. Use engineering judgment in evaluating results for findings.
