Then why don’t you outsource it all. For a monthly fee I will take on all your paperwork including your accounts, working virtually without the need of an office. When you are out seeing customers or having a few hours off, just transfer your phone to myself and I will handle all of your calls. With over 30 years in business administration and customer across a number of industries. I am constantly looking out for new ways of dealing with administration. What can we offer for a fixed monthly fee? Full administration of your paperwork including preparing quotes, sending invoices. Completing all your accounts via authorised software with regular updates sent to you.(no need to post any receipts for us, just take a picture and upload them to us, we will do the rest). Set up a digital filing system - to work alongside your hard copy filing system. Additional services at extra costs: 1. Access to someone who will can drive you and your clients around(with your permission use your car or hire an executive one for you). Other services I can offer - Graphic designer, printing of documents, health and safety officer to review any health and safety issues. What jobs they did and where they lived. We work alongside you on building your family tree if you get stuck or to enhance it into a digital record. How much does it cost? All our costs are fixed from a very simple research into a full blown book a member of the family who is reaching a milestone birth and would like to document their life including their career onto paper for the family to enjoy.
