From the start, we made it clear, every home we touch reflects our belief that property care is people care and our operations are designed around that ethos.Built by longtime multifamily owners, Defined delivers a different kind of management where every decision is hands on, every resident matters, and every property is treated like home.I spearhead the design and rollout of our platform scaling from an owner-operator foundation into an institutional blueprint. With clarity, culture, and accountability at the core, we’re on track to onboard 2,400 homes in LA.My role blends strategic vision with boots on the ground execution, including: • Building organizational frameworks and staffing models (onshore + offshore) to fuel rapid, scalable growth. • Rolling out SOPs and workflows across leasing, maintenance, and resident services. • Collaborating with vendors and contractors to boost efficiency, uphold quality, and drive cost discipline. • Anchoring performance with data-driven KPIs and outcome-focused accountability systems.Defined is more than efficient operations it’s about creating homes where responsive service, beautifully maintained buildings, and safe, welcoming communities are the norm. We don’t just maintain properties we create homes that people are proud to call theirs.
