ABOUT ADRIAN MAIER-RING
As a VC I support exceptional founders in industrial 3D printing and advanced manufacturing across the DACH region. I joined AM Ventures in 2016, helping to build our pioneering EUR 100m fund. I\'m proud to support and manage investments in: • Cubicure (exited to Align Technology): printing performance polymers, • DyeMansion: post-processing technology for the factories of the future, • Scrona: the world’s most advanced multi-nozzle printing platform, • Evove: transforming membranes, separation, and filtration, • Spectroplast: silicone 3D printing, • Lean Plastics Technologies: sustainable plastic processing, I\'m a Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA) and hold B.Sc. & M.Sc. degrees in Management & Technology from TU Munich. Before my time in VC, I gained experience in additive manufacturing consulting, logistics & supply chain management, and supported early-stage founders at UnternehmerTUM. I love to spend my free time with my family and out on the water. Sailing is my passion – I actively compete in the German National Sailing League and have represented Germany and my yacht club at European and World Championships.
