This semester, I’m honored to serve as a mentor with BRIDGE (Building Relationships in Diverse Gonzaga Environments), a program dedicated to supporting underrepresented first-year students. Having been a BRIDGE participant myself, I know firsthand how impactful the program can be, and now I have the opportunity to give back in a full-circle role.I’ve been paired with two mentees whom I’ll guide throughout the year, acting as a resource, support system, and mentor as they navigate their transition to college. College life brings challenges, but with my own experiences to draw from, I’m committed to sharing insights and helping them succeed both personally and academically.
