Bagan my career working for Taylor Farms on the production floor. Moved into the parts department while attending school for Agriculture and Industrial Technology. From there I started with Heinzen Manufacturing as a Quality inspector. Over the next four years I continuously educated my self in the Fresh Cut market, product lines, and customer needs and eventually earned up to account manager. Nov 18 2019 I was blessed with the opportunity to become a Customer Care Manager for JBT worked my way up to Sales Account Manager for JBT Diversified food and Health. Spent 2 years in that roll. Recently I rejoined Heinzen Manufacturing and have assumed the position of Customer Relationship Manager. Working day to day with customer to assist with their production equipment needs.
