ABOUT ADRIAN LOPES

Currently working at Mentimeter in a Customer Success & Support role, I’m driven by curiosity and a love for building and helping people experience thoughtful, user-first products. I bring a blend of product sense, hands-on customer success and support experience, and digital marketing awareness, having worked across onboarding, client success, customer support, and growth, helping enterprise SaaS clients adopt platforms, reduce churn, and achieve stronger outcomes.In my previous role as a Product Manager in SaaS, I partnered closely with customer success, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver demos, training, customer support, and tailored updates that boosted retention. I also took on the responsibility as interim Information Security Consultant, guiding my company through ISO 27001:2013 certification from planning through audit.With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgrad in Global Business Management (specializing in Marketing Management) from Humber College, I approach problem-solving with both systems thinking and business impact in mind. Over the past year in Toronto, I’ve supported clients through CRM workflows, digital engagement campaigns, and UI/UX improvements using tools like Google Analytics, Figma, GTM, and Meta Pixel.I’m eager to bring that mix of customer-facing skills, marketing knowledge, and product expertise to every challenge I take on.Apart from that, I am an avid gamer and musician at heart!
