When the pandemic made international travel impossible, our business increased international revenue 15% on average over the last three years. This result would be impossible if not for the personal relationships built over previous years of travel using my cross-cultural collaboration, language, and innovative strategic thinking skills. As the world experienced increased supply chain lead times, I reevaluated transportation policies to improve product fill rates, collaborated with existing manufacturers to increase production and travelled to develop new relationships with international production facilities to increase profitability.As an executive of a start-up with over two decades of proven growth, I promote diversity, equality, and integrity as core values in building a company culture. Key to building and motivating a team are effective communication of values and goals, as well as operational procedures. Listening to employees, customers, and vendors, being open to suggestions for improvement, and developing new products are vital leadership strategies that contribute to success.I fell in love with international travel when, at the age of eight, my family went on a 6-month trip to Europe. I spoke my first words of French in France as a young student, and I’ve been travelling, learning languages, and improving my cross-cultural interpersonal skills since then. I studied abroad in Luxembourg, served two years in the Peace Corps in Gabon, earned a scholarship to Thunderbird School of Global Management, and worked in Evian, France as an intern before travelling professionally.

QualCast is a global brand of cylinder heads and valve train components for light duty, heavy duty, marine, agricultural industrial engines. We are in our 27th year - even though our name changed from QualCast, LLC to QualCast, we still have quality in our name.
