While direct customer interaction is not the norm, reviewing contract binders, researching state norms or averages for claim processing/reimbursements, or pulling advanced background checks and verifications are all daily essential functions for the adjuster when addressing customers. • Analytical thinking, decipher Insurance documentation to clearly identify coverages and availabilities for adjusters. • Audit payment requests before eventually issuing check, wire, or third-party direct pay system. Process stop-payments and historical check research requests.• Exhibit exceptional relationship building with internal customers, willingness to show full accountability and assistance to any adjuster regardless of location if they reach a problem outside of their own knowledge base. • Currently training with System operations team on SQL and Power BI. Building custom platform updates to streamline the communication and process between Adjusters and Operations. • Continual department shadowing. Maintaining an understanding of internal partners.
