Exciting times in a business that is mind, body and soul focused on delivering the best customer service experience in the Industry. The 2 key focus areas in 2020 are building the skills for the future and finding the right people to join us on our exciting journey over the next 5 years. In terms of building the right skills, we have now launched 2 cohorts of our Data Academy in which we will be see 76 very excited data scientists across the business over the next 18 months. In April we will be launching our Digital Marketing Academy!
