ABOUT ADRIAN GUSTIN
As the Vice President of Sponsorship at ACE McMaster, I lead and manage the sponsorship strategy and business development for the company and securing and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders and organizations. I leverage my skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building to create and deliver effective and customized sponsorship proposals and packages that meet the needs and expectations of both parties. I also oversee and coordinate the execution and evaluation of the sponsorship agreements, ensuring that the deliverables are met and the outcomes are reported. In addition to my current role, I have completed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree at McMaster University, majoring in Accounting and Finance and minoring in Innovation. I have a strong academic record and a passion for learning new concepts and applying them to real-world scenarios. I have developed strong skills in Microsoft Office, Sage Software, SAP Enterprise Software, and presentations.
