As CFO I was in charge of Accounting/Finance, Banking relations, Buildings and Grounds, and Dietary segments of the organization. I was champion of four major campus improvement initiatives that aggregated to more than $75 million in total Capital spend.I set clear goals and hold myself and others accountable for achieving those goals. I interrelate with members of the Board of Directors and to all members of the organization.Currently, I am a member of two outside Boards and sit on na committee for Caring Communities, a risk retention organization.
