I am a Legal Associate at Canvas Legal, where I work extensively on corporate and commercial legal matters, primarily advising startups and growing businesses across diverse sectors. My practice involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of business-critical contracts, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Channel Partner Agreements, Advisory Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, and other commercial arrangements essential to business operations and growth.I regularly provide general business and legal advisory, including employment, business arrangement, regulatory and compliance advisory, and drafting legal and business opinions. This included legal research on insolvency-related issues and attending NCLT proceedings, which strengthened my understanding of corporate distress, liquidation, and stakeholder interests.At Ayana Legal, I developed hands-on experience in intellectual property law, particularly under the Trade Marks Act, where I worked on trademark prosecution, licensing, and assignment. I drafted key IP and commercial documents, including Trademark Assignment Deeds, Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, User Affidavits, Trademark Applications, and Digital Marketing Agreements, along with conducting research on employment law, consumer disputes, and other civil law subjects.
