I am the CSO and co-founder of AnuBio, an AI-driven drug discovery company specializing in immuno-oncology. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I was a founding scientist of Alamar Biosciences (alamarbio.com), where I co-invented the most sensitive protein assay on the market, this technology facilitated their fundraising of $250M. My work in chelating recombinant antibodies discovery provided insights into the mechanism of action of biparatopic antibodies and enabled the foundation of the spin-off company Attovia (attovia.com), this technology contributed to Attovia raising $165M. At Triplebar (triplebar.com), I conceptualized and built the first-ever unbiased, ultra-high-throughput (>100M) phenotypic screening platform for immuno-oncology.My inventions in the field of epigenetic multiomics have transformed how we understand and interpret the role of histone post-translational modifications, including redefining the role of H3K4me3/H3K27me3 bivalency, which has affected over 600 previously published papers on the topic.
