ABOUT ADRIAN FREEMAN
With 25 years of experience in drug development, I bring a unique blend of scientific expertise, empathic leadership, and a collaborative mindset to drive success. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led multidisciplinary teams in bringing drug discovery projects from inception to clinical stages, specialising in immunology and pharmacology. With three projects having reached either Ph3 or marketed. Notably, I’ve forged collaborations with academia and biotech to drive innovative ideas for the business and guide life cycle management strategies.In the past four years, I’ve embraced the intersection of AI/ML with biology, honing my skills in R studio and data science to lead a team in developing a groundbreaking ‘hypothesis-free indication discovery’ platform. This platform leverages omics and imaging data to identify novel drug discovery projects and employs a data-driven approach for translational and clinical study design.I’m passionate about driving innovation in drug development and thrive on tackling complex scientific challenges. My collaborative mindset ensures that I foster an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and teams work cohesively towards shared goals.My goal is to continue driving innovation in the quest for new therapeutics that improve patient outcomes and address unmet medical needs.
