ABOUT ADRIAN FOX
Over 30 years experience of working as a town planner in both the public and private sector in the UK and in Australia. Throughout my career I have developed a keen interest in design issues and more recently, I am pushing forward the understanding of the climate change and adaptation agenda with enhanced energy efficiency standards which have been endorsed by our Local Plan Inspector. I am also keen to learn how we can make Local Plans more accessible and inviting to the younger generation with the use of graphics and our new Local Plan website. I am proud to be part of a great team at Winchester City Council where we managed to win two RTPI awards, including the overall South East award, for our Local Plan consultation that we undertook during a national lockdown.
