Need someone to talk to? I am here to listen!I began my career at Magna as a machine operator, working on the shop floor with a punch press and later managing extrusion lines. Eventually, I transitioned into the role of an Employee Advocate, a position I initially thought was simple—just talking to people all day. However, stepping into that role revealed the significant and impactful work it entails.Now, as a Human Resource Generalist, I continue to support shop floor employees across all shifts, guiding them through Magna’s Open-Door Process. This initiative ensures that all doors are open to help you address and resolve any issues you may encounter.Being a part of Magna’s Diversity and Inclusion, I am a proud member of Race & Ethnicity Employee Resource Community (EDGE), ERC for LGBTQ+ Employees & Allies (PRIDE) and Women\'s Employee Resource Community (WX). Being a part of these communities, I have learned a lot and strive to promote what I learn to employees.At the end of the day, I am an down to earth person. I love spending time with my family; we could be out on a nature walk or just being couch potatoes and watching a good movie. Making memories with my loved ones is all I need in life.
